I think out of all the comments here, I think I can understand what’s going on in this video & in the comment section after hearing plenty of documentaries, podcasts, interviews & etc with Max. I’m sure Max really enjoyed making the .mov series especially how much it was gaining popularity at the time especially taking the time to appreciate the show & watch it as well. I’m sure a decade ago at least one part of the brony fandom was skeptical about Max & was wondering if this dude was just a dick making fun of their fandom but that doesn’t seem like the case at all once you get to understand & see a little more to it especially with most of the audience enjoying it. I’d vouch to say that I enjoy Max’s way of being on the panel. Egoraptor (Arin) doesn’t seem like a cover up at all, I’m sure Max just wanted to see his buddy for the first time & why not the perfect time here. Max did state in an interview that he did cringe in a way looking back at the panels he went too. It is interesting to see other people stories here in this comment section especially with them experiencing this Panel.

I am sorry, but while I feel bad for the boy and wouldn't wish death on him over a tv show....I feel the real problem is the parents here. I mean he went home and made a noose and tried to hang himself. You are telling me he was so good at hiding that he was depressed to the point of wanting to kill himself that his parents never saw this coming? Furthermore, HE MADE A NOOSE! Again, this isn't a quick thing setting up a noose to hang yourself. I worked in a prison and we did every hour counts on the offenders. When they were able to somehow make nooses it was easy to catch them and stop them. I am not saying the parents should have been checking on him every hour of every day, but c'mon!! You can't tell me he was some how left alone long enough to do this and not raise a single suspicious AT ALL! They never noticed his depression or the fact he was able to make a noose and install it in working condition? Unless I am missing some major facts here, I feel the parents are really at fault since it sounds like there were plenty of signs here. I don't believe all this happened in a matter of a day or a few hours.
